Head Instructor David Moorefield has over 25 years experience in the martial arts. He has trained in Budo Taijutsu/Ninjutsu since 1990 and is a licensed Shidoshi (teacher) black belt. He continues his training by traveling extensively, including studying in Japan, to learn the art from senior practitioners such has Masaaki Hatsumi, Oguri, Seno, Noguchi, Nagato, Someya, Rob Renner, Paul Masse, and Pete Reynolds. He has also trained with Nagase, Muramatsu, Manaka, Mark O'Brien, Stephen Hayes, and Shawn Havens, etc. He began his training with Boxing, Karate, and Tae Kwon Do and has also studied Aiki-jutsu, Judo, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Wrestling. |

Instructor and black belt Coren Smith has had a life-long interest in martial art. As an adult he began studying in 2002 in Karate, Jeet Kune Do, and Tae Kwon Do, but switched gears in 2005 when he began studying Bujinkan Ninjutsu under the tutelage of Shihan Richard Van Donk. He began training with David Moorefield in 2008. Coren has also traveled to Japan to learn the true heart of the teachings from Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi; and has also studied with Sensei’s Nagato, Noguchi, Oguri, Rob Renner and Paul Masse. |
